If you have any difficulties paying with your credit/debit card, please contact us to arrange payment via bank transfer. As long as you have checked-out and entered your delivery details, we will have your complete order information.

Can refund the 20% VAT for Channel Islands, EU and international deliveries after receiving proof of export.

Goods will only be despatched once payment has cleared.
